As the subject, I met this problem on DMC smart terminal, with the controller DMC-2143 carried by ICM-20105. This error message appeared suddenly, and I didn't even do any changes on it after I turned it on last time.
I had already found the solutions as possible as I can, but it still not working. I hope I can get an answer here.

Hello Ning,

Before more suggestions could be given, I would need to know more information about your setup. Specifically, were you communicating via Ethernet or Serial?
What is the OS you are using to communicate?
What is the serial number of the DMC-2143?

With that information, I will be in a better spot to assist you.

Hi Michael,
we use Ethernet, and the OS is Windows XP.
About the serial number of our DMC-2143, I'm not sure which number on the board is.
Maybe you can tell me if the serial number is beside the DMC-2143 logo or where on the board, thank you.

By the way, I want to ask a question about this forum.
Why could I see the contents written by other people even I logged in.

I found the serial number which was 18870.

Did you solve the error ? I receive the same messag without making any changes onto the system. I have an DMC-2200 with the serial 49513. I appreciate any help !
