The DB-28104 sinusoidal encoder interface is said to work with 1-volt peak-to-peak encoders. A Renishaw encoder of interest is said to have an output that is 0.7-to-1.35 Vpp centered on ~1.65V (see analog waveform at top right of page 7 of this datasheet: http://resources.renishaw.com/en/details/data-sheet-tonic-uhv-encoder-s… ). Is this voltage range acceptable to the DB-28104?

What is the maximum frequency of the input sinusoids to the DB-28104?

The sinusoidal encoders are expected to be centered around 1 V p-p centered around 2.5 Volts. Deviations from this may restrict the effective resolution of interpolation by the DB-28104. The maximum frequency of the input sinusoids is 3 MHz.
