Error when BG command is used

Dear sir,
I am controlling servo motors using DMC4080 controller . I am facing a problem

1. When BG command is given, controller outputs this error msg.
"20 Begin not valid with motor off". But motor is running with given Jog speed. Why did controller displayed this error.

Kota-
"BG" is global, meaning you are attempting to begin motion on all axes. It's likely that an axis that isn't currently jogging is Off. Use BGA, BGABC etc to command specific axes to begin motion.
