I've been trying to connect an external driver to a DMC 30012.
After setting MO;TL 10;TK 10;CE 0;MT 1; BR -1; KP 0;KI 0; KD 0; SH;
the controller seems to be happy.
However any BG command that follows get a "error 20(motor off)" answer from the controller.

The same driver/motor works perfectly using a DMC50040.

Am I missing something obvious? I am assuming it has to do with the internal amplifier, but I cannot figure it out.
The AO1 pin works as I can set some voltage using "AO 1,0.5"
A bias voltage on the command does not show anything either.
Thanks for your help

Hi jbodart,
Just to summarize the result of our conversation over email regarding this: it is best to talk to the machine's manufacturer for this.

Galil only supports controllers purchased directly, or through authorized dealerships/representatives. If the system has been purchased through a manufacturer, the support should come from that manufacturer.
