Hello.

I am currently trying to control a motor with a DMC-4060 and matlab, calling with g.command.
The problem, there is an offset at the end of the movement of my motor ( see the picture linked, it is position VS time ).
Do anyone have an idea of the reason and/or how to fix it ?

Hi Hawxyde,

The offset you are trying to address, is that the actual motor position or is it the commanded PVT position? If you have position error offset this can be addressed by adjusting the tuning gains. I would recommend adjusting the KD term to address any overshoot. If you can please email me the details of what type of motion you are trying to achieve at kushalp at galil dot com.
