Hi All,

I am using a Galil controller (DMC4103 rev 6, Stepper Amplifier Board AMP-44140 rev 1) and found while I put the command to move the motor it draws huge current in the range of 3.2A. The stepper motor connected to it was also tested with other controller of same type but runs pretty well without loading the controller. Unfortunately, this controller is behaving strangely and motor doesn't move despite over-current drawing. I could hear some vibration in the motor and a sharp sound in the controller.

Note: The torque, amplifier gain and motor types are same like other functioning controller.

Will appreciate if any one could help with this issue.

Thanks in advance
