PVT Mode of Motion

Smooth multi-axis motion through arbitrary points using PVT

View an example of a 2 axis stage using the PVT mode of motion which allows arbitrary motion profiles to be defined by position, velocity and time. This mode of motion is appropriate for applications requiring minimal discontinuities in velocity.
This two minute video details why the PVT mode of motion is better than the Contour Mode of motion for axis coordination.
